On a mac:

Command-shift-3 takes a screen shot of the entire desktop
Command-control-shift-3 copys the screen into your clipboard for you to past in another program
Command-shift-4 captures a portion of the screen you select with the cross-hair cursor that appears
Command-shift-4 then spacebar captures the selected application window

You are asking if we should direct you to something that is illegal. Any self respecting wow player will never refer you to some online leveling/gold farming service. If you want to level fast and get lots of gold, stop asking YA and get on your character and run some dungeons.

On your keyboard there should be a key that says "Printscreen" (PrtSc). When you do that, your screen will freeze for like half a second, but it will be then automatically saved to your documents. Go to your documents and it might be with your pictures folder, or your mac could've made a new folder.

for you, it’s f13.
Then go into your World of Warcraft folder
Should be in screenshots folder, or something like that.
