Is there a retail version of this game or is it only possible to buy it online? For that matter, does this game have any prepaid cards yet? I don’t mind subscription games, but I always prefer to use prepaid cards.

I never received …
I never received the campaign mission: Captain’s Order. I tried playing the game anew (4 times!) but that pop-up just doesn’t appear when I first enter Aldelle village!
What am I doing wrong? HELP!
